If both parties have Keemova, the transfer is made by QR code or signature. If one of the partners does not have Keemova himself, the documents can be downloaded digitally using a numerical code.
Drivers can easily accept orders in the app by scanning QR codes. Once accepted, the order information is available to you digitally.
In your Keemova dashboard, you will find the most important figures of the day: current open orders, used driver licenses and your CO2 savings. So you always have an overview of what’s happening. You also always have an up-to-date and complete list of orders.
Real-time information enables faster response times. You will receive the latest news on your orders via e-mail notifications. This allows you to invoice directly upon completion of the transport processing. And if there is ever a problem, detailed information on damaged or lost goods can also be processed more quickly.
A database with contacts, vehicles and drivers enables you to manage your orders efficiently and quickly. Create your own data records and manage your orders efficiently. You can always update and expand your database.
